Ripe, but not overripe, big but balanced, our 2005 Estate Zinfandel is a Zinfandel lover's bottle of wine. It starts with terrific aromas of vanilla oak, plum and spice. The mouth has lots of juicy berry flavors, and a bit of chocolate, with good structure and a terrific finish. A great effort from nature, ably assisted by Winemaker Dick Schultz.
